    Intensity offers a well-rounded strength and conditioning program that is suitable to people of all fitness and ability levels. As a sport specific athlete, swimmers can get caught up in becoming the best "swimmer" they can be when the end game is really to become the best athlete they can be. As a swimmer at Intensity you will fit inside the regular class but you will also have some swimming specific differentiation from the rest of the class.
