Fun US Masters Swim Workouts & Locations
Swimming; there is no better exercise!I am so grateful to Greenville Splash and the adult learn to swim program. As a cancer survivor I wanted to swim for exercise to regain stamina but I could not make a lap of the pool. After taking lessons I am now able to swim 750 yards in a workout. For the first time in my life, I can swim efficiently with correct body position, rotation and breathing. This is because Greenville Splash is such a supportive teaching community.
Leslie Scott is the greatest Masters Swim Coach I ever had, and I have had some really good ones.
Greenville Splash motivates me to swim regularly and work on my skills. The coaches are all very inspiring and wonderful role models.
