ADULT LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM

More than a third of adults in the United States can’t swim the length of a pool, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which puts them at risk of being one of the 10 people who drown every day in this country.

~OUTREACH~

The April is Adult Learn to Swim Month national campaign raises awareness to the problem of adult drowning risk, and helps members of the public find quality swim lessons near them in order to reach those who might not otherwise be able to learn to swim.

~GIVING BACK~

Swimming Saves Lives Foundation and United States Masters Swimming teams up with the Greenville Splash Masters allowing our Volunteers and Coaches to once again give back to our adult community wanting to learn to swim.

This year there was over 60 adults that took advantage of a chance to begin the process in learning to swim.
Fun was had by all and the smiles speak for themselves.
Congratulations to the graduates and the warmest thanks to all of the volunteers.
